There are so many things we as people can be addicted to, but there is power in the Gospel!
It’s not about religion.
It’s not about tradition, as you hear in this testimony where John grew up Greek Orthodox, and was baptized in the Greek church, and did everything the church told him to do.
After many years of addiction he broke from it, but he was still not free from all the shame and guilt. It was when he got baptized to Christ and received the Holy Spirit that the freedom was finally there – not only from the games, but also from the guilt and the shame!
